Ways to Cook Snow Peas for Thai curry

Snow peas are a common vegetable included in Thai curry, and they can be prepared in advance if you are using premade or packaged curry. Snow peas are high in vitamin A and vitamin C and are low in calories and saturated fat. Cooked snow peas can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container and used for recipes for up to 72 hours after you cook them.

Preparation

Step 1

Place the snow peas in a colander in the sink and rinse them with cold water to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Step 2

Pat the snow peas dry with paper towels.

Step 3

Put the snow peas on a cutting board and cut the very ends of each snow pea off. Using your fingers, remove the stringy edge of each snow pea and discard it.
